Cancellation Policy
• A 10-minute grace period is allowed
• If you arrive after 10 minutes, your appointment will need to be rescheduled and a $25 late fee will be charged.
• No call / no show appointments will be charged 100% of the service price!
• Cancellations or rescheduling 24-48 hours' notice.
• No service changes or cancellations once you arrive to your appointment. Removed services without 24-hour notice will still be charged.
